Researchers have developed an AI system that can predict vaccine response strength by analyzing antibody patterns in individuals before vaccination. The study examined over 4,000 participants and identified markers of "immune readiness" that distinguish strong vaccine responders from weak responders. The findings revealed unexpected results, including healthy individuals with poor responses and some immunosuppressed patients mounting strong immune reactions.

This technology could enable personalized vaccination strategies, allowing healthcare providers to identify individuals who may need adjusted dosing or alternative approaches before receiving vaccines. The ability to predict vaccine efficacy in advance could improve public health outcomes and optimize resource allocation during vaccination campaigns.

AI may be able to predict how strongly someone will respond to a vaccine before they receive it. By analyzing antibody patterns in more than 4,000 people, researchers found signs of “immune readiness” that helped distinguish strong responders from weak ones. Surprisingly, even some healthy people responded poorly, while some immunosuppressed people mounted strong responses.
