Brain asymmetry

1 article · Interdisciplinary · Wikipedia

Brain asymmetry refers to the structural and functional differences between the left and right hemispheres of the brain, where each side specializes in different tasks and abilities. For example, in most people the left hemisphere handles language and logical thinking, while the right hemisphere is better suited for spatial reasoning and creative tasks. This specialization allows our brains to process information more efficiently and gives us unique cognitive strengths that make us who we are.
