scBaseCount is a single-cell RNA sequencing data repository that uses an AI agent to automatically identify, annotate, and reprocess all 10× Genomics datasets from the Sequence Read Archive. The repository currently contains over 502 million cells from 27 different organisms and 75 tissue types, making it the largest public single-cell RNA-seq collection available.
